Walk into a pharmacy, grocery store, or aggressively beige wellness website and you will meet the same promise in different fonts:

Supports gut health.
Balances the microbiome.
Helps digestion.
Boosts immunity.
Restores your flora.

Most of those claims are too vague to mean much.
